Do you ship everywhere?
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to all locations. However if you're country isn't listed in the shipping tab, and you have any questions about shipping to a particular location please send an email to email@example.com
How long will it take before my order is delivered?
All Sergio Wonder Classic items that have already gone into production will take up 3-5 business days to shipped and delivered. In the event that you've ordered anything from the private collection, these are considered bespoke items and will take 10-15 days to be tailored and delivered.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed it is final and will need to be processed as a return.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the ship date on your shipping label for exchange or store credit. PLEASE NOTE: All vintage items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
How do I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Please explain your concerns and whether you would like to make an exchange or receive store credit, you should send the item(s) purchased to the address below and once we receive it we will promptly exchange or issue a credit as you instruct within 10-12 business days. If you prefer a store credit, please specify in the email. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for returns. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization email.

If something is sold out, will it be replenished?
We rarely reproduce items, on www.sergiowonder.com we don’t generally offer large quantities. If you have a special request please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I have a different billing/shipping address?
It is possible to have different billing and shipping addresses, we just ask that when placing an order, please make sure the shipping address has been confirmed with PayPal to ensure safety and reliability.
Can I have something sent as a gift?
You can send items as gifts, you will just need to add the receivers confirmed address through PayPal.
How can I track my package?
Once the order is shipped, PayPal will send you a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number at http://www.usps.com/ to track your package.
I wanted to exchange my items but what I wanted isn’t available, what do I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience, in this situation we ask that you either select a different item or you can receive store credit for future purchases.
Can I return items to the actual store that were purchased online?
Items can be returned to one of our locations, please have the credit card used to purchase the item, as well as a picture ID and your packing slip. You will then be able to exchange the items or receive store credit.
Who processes my payment when I make a purchase?
All purchases are processed through PayPal.

Do I need to pay shipping for my returned item?
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, we will cover the costs of shipping the item back to you.
